  • High Speed 1: Restricted Zone (RZ) Operational Model Feasibility Study: Understanding how new international operators could operate from St. Pancras.

  • EES: Kiosk Modelling & Optimisation

  • Aviation: 20 years experience of improving security and border operations at all major UK airports, including Heathrow, Stansted and Manchester, and in Europe including Brussels, Geneva, Zurich and Dublin.

  • Brussels Airport: Supporting the strategic change for security and immigration at the airport to 2035, including the optimisation of biometric systems for the E-gates.

  • Eurostar: Led a review of the security and immigration processes at St. Pancras and Gare du Nord, including simulation modelling.

  • Has led many tender and contract negotiations with security providers and Immigration authorities (UK Border Force, Belgian, Zurich and Geneva State Police)
