Engaging with Experience
Building on a successful application for Innovate UK funding, we are collaborating with 3Adapt and a range of cross-sector organisations to develop a toolkit to improve the integration of experience into the project brief and business case.
We are working with sixteen cross sector organisations known for their focus on user experience and who also stand to gain for the development of approaches that further improve the integration of this into their future development projects. The intention being to develop the toolkit collaboratively, combining best practice research and academic insight with nudges from the organisations and people that deal directly with developing the visions, briefs and business cases for projects.
The outcomes of the project are a range of tools that can help integrate focused on delivering better user experiences and a range of business benefits.
