Background

Optegra is a venture-capital backed hospital group specialising in Ophthalmology. After opening six hospitals within 18 months they wished to drive expansion with a new product launch.

 

Our role

Active Thinking was asked to develop an integrated design between the contact center and hospitals to ensure a seamless customer experience and to identify key conversion points of all leads.

We developed collaboration and mobilisation across the organisation, and ensured the group developed all leads from the various campaigns.
